Last week, I highlighted bloggers from the January link-up. Today, I want to share just a few favorites from over on Instagram...
Clockwise from upper left:
Lovely, right? I have found several great new accounts to follow.
On to this month's link-up! The whats and hows for new contributors...
Instructions:
:: For bloggers: You should see the linky below. Click on the "Add my link" button, and it will prompt you to include the information for your post. Once you submit it, your link will be added to the list, and others will be able to click over and read what you have shared.
:: For Instagrammers: Tag related photos with #KeepingCompanyCM to join the link-up.
Guidelines:
:: Remember to link to a specific post and not to the homepage of your blog.
:: Posts on private blogs obviously can't be included.
:: Any posts about CM-style Keeping are welcome! The prompt is optional. Your post can be as simple as a photo of your commonplace book! And please don't feel like you have to be an expert. We are all looking to grow in these habits together. :)
:: Feel free to add more than one post. The link-up will be open for a month, so you can come back and add more if you are so inclined.
:: You can grab the button over there on the sidebar if you'd like to add it to your post or site.
Looking forward to seeing what you all are up to. And once again, thank you for sharing!
Those Instagram pictures are great! Thanks for sharing them :)
ReplyDeleteAren't they great? Lots of good stuff going on in the CM world of social media. :) Thanks for entering, Dawn!
DeleteIt's been so good to see all these forms of Keeping coming out of the woodwork. Very inspiring and practical to see how everyone has gone about doing what they do. Thanks again, Celeste. Love how you've done this.
ReplyDeleteThank you so much, Carol--and for contributing!
DeleteThanks for sharing your new finds, Celeste! I love looking at how other people do their keeping. Always very inspiring!
ReplyDeleteI agree, Hwee! I so appreciate the inspiration of fellow Keepers. :)
DeleteOk so I plan on using the Charlotte Mason method and have begun reading and implementing it a little; my oldest is 4.5. Can someone explain to me more about what a common place is?
ReplyDeleteHi Alexandra! The good news is that you don't have to worry about starting a commonplace with your children until they're quite a bit older--so you have plenty of time. :) In the meantime, though, it's a very worthwhile habit to keep a commonplace yourself! A commonplace is basically a collection of quotes you want to remember from your reading/studies, handwritten in a journal of some sort. You can see quite a few examples of entries in the link-up above and in the link-up from January:

Hope that helps!
Thanks for doing this, Celeste! I'm going to take yet another look at Instagram...
ReplyDeleteInstagram really is pretty fun!
